I'm Davion Austin, CEO & President, please, call me Dave. I'm genuinely excited to connect with you and embark on a journey toward your next level of achievement. I'm a student learner sparked by my desire to be better and do better, thus assisting others.

My passion lies in science, electronics, life empowerment with skills, and it's a privilege to channel that into crafting a uniquely designed blueprint tailored to your specific goals. At UT13 USA, we firmly believe that your success is intrinsically linked to ours. This philosophy has been shaped by the incredible individuals I've learned from throughout my journey.

Hardships forced me to make life decisions and my own path began early, graduating high school at 16. Then apprenticing with my uncle Rob at IRISINC GLOBAL, Inc. my creativity was lifted. When illness impacted him, I felt a calling to take the valuable lessons he shared and begin assisting others.
Today, UT13 USA is dedicated to building a solid path forward, helping individuals and companies of all sizes reach their full potential. We understand that clear and open communication is the foundation of any thriving partnership.

On behalf of UT13 USA, UT13 Global, Christian Empowerment Ministries and associated network organizations, I extend a warm welcome. I'm Dr. Robert Buchanan, Jr., Chairman and COO, please call me Rob, Bob or Dr. Buck.
After 46 years across a range of career disciplines with hard work, I still wake up energized each day to support our unified companies as we push the boundaries of Artificial Intelligence Generalization and Human Intelligence. Since 1979, the UT13 USA concept was born and has been driven by forward-thinking innovation, and able professional life learners always putting our clients' needs and visions at the forefront.

My journey began in Indiana with dreams, living in several US cities in childhood, library books and Atari, inspired by figures like parents who owned businesses, childhood inspirations like BET TV Bob and Ebony/Jet Magazine John Johnson, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Bill Gates, Bayard Rustin, Dr. John Henrik Clarke, DC/Marvel Comic Superheroes, Prince, and the millionaire mindset of Les Brown, Tony Robbins to name a few. I became wealthy at the age of 22 in Chicagoland. "Blueprints" and great network became my pathway to becoming an original SUCCESS ARCHITECT.
From US streets to the Global boardrooms and life's tough lessons to collaborating in 2024 with fierce new generations of talent, my background in business, corporate leadership, strategic planning, guerrilla marketing, the military code of ethics, no nonsense instruction methods and values, entertainment industry, empowerment training and community action networks all power our ability to thrive in an ever-evolving global environment.
